    		• QUICK L'ARC BIO/history In 1991, Tetsu formed "L'ARC~EN~CIEL" in Osaka and then they start to sing live there. Their first album, [DUNE], was released in 1993 and this album received No.1 on Indies Chart so L'arc decided to move their activities to Tokyo. In 1994, they started a tour. In addition, in 1994, they released [¯vriniyosede]-(a video single) as their MAJOR Debute.
